Theft of Mail

On Wednesday, at 8:32 a.m., Belleville Police took a report of a theft of mail from a South Front Street address. The complainant had a video of a male sleeping in the lobby of the building, and he eventually broke into several of the mailboxes. The male was identified as Dillon Kerr, 31, of Belleville.

■ Kerr was later arrested for:

■ Two counts of Mischief

■ Two counts of Fail to comply with a probation order

■ Theft of mail Kerr was later released with a court date of December 29th.
