Breach of Probation

Belleville Police attended an address on Forin Street March 21 at 4 a.m. in regards to an unwanted person. Upon arrival police located a 45-year-old male in the residence, where he was on probation to not be. He was arrested and charged with two counts of breach of probation and one count of unlawfully in a dwelling house.

The male had just been released on probation on March 20, subsequently he was held for a bail hearing scheduled for March 21.
