Trent Valley Distributors Kings clipped the Warriors 2-1 to

capture the Saturday Afternoon Hockey League `A' championship last weekend at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre.

Jamie Smith scored twice for the Kings with assists to Andrew Murray (2) and Jack Belanger. Dustin Cole scored for the Warriors from Jason Bonisteel and Evan Bridan.

In the `B' championship game, I.D. Excavating dusted the Pave Pros 8-3.

Mike Fox scored four goals to lead I.D.'s attack, while Jay McKinnon scored twice and John Rolfe and Brady Pringle once apiece. Assists came from

Brandon Larson (4), Pringle (2), Ryan Matheson (2), Jamie Sandercock (2), Brendan MacKlem, and McKinnon.

Scoring for Pave Pros were Joel Chambers (2) and Shane Chapman, with assists to Brandon Ferguson (2), Jarrod Cassidy, Andrew Mullins, and Scott Hoogkamp.
